Power Yoga at Mainport CrossFit


Maybe you have already seen it in the WODapp agenda and on social media. Last sunday we had our first Power Yoga class and it was a great succes. Therefor we want to schedule it more often on Sunday and maybe on Tuesday-morning.

The power yoga is a combination of Tai Chi, Pilatus and Yoga under the guidance of Joyce Dorreboom. It’s a great way to work on your mobility issues, balance and is a great combination with CrossFit.

Next Sunday there is another session at 11:00-12:00 and if you are interested, you can sign in via WODapp.

These Power Yoga sessions costs €10,- per session (https://www.wodapp.nl/p/6619) or €45,- for 5 sessions (https://www.wodapp.nl/p/6602).
